Scenario

I am creating a gaming desktop to run my Sims games on. I want this to run smoothly with no lagging and no overheating.

I have really loved playing Sims over the years but I often run into two problems with Sims. First problem is Sims negatively impacts the performance of the device that it is downloaded on. From personal experience because I often use my laptop to play my sims it is always lagging and overheating my device adding to the performance reduction. As a result I want to take on the challenge of designing my own personal gaming device specifically dedicated to my Sims game. From my pain points I want my device to include features such as:

• Alert of new expansions
• Alert on the amount of time that was being playedsome text
  • Countdown on the amount of time
  • Hour 1
  • Timer on the amount of gamingsome text
    • Alert take a break
• Temperature alertsome text
  • Too hot wait for the device to cool down
• No lagging in the game
• List the performance on the screen
• Computer to be compact some text
  • Maybe can we travel with it ?
  • Can it run with a laptop?
• Price i want it to be affordable 500 is the goal but max 800
• Have enough storage to run and and download my game to make it a nice gaming experience
• Want the device to end up looking aesthetically pleasing
  

Since this project is for my own personal use I am my own market. I have used my pain points from years of gaming to serve as a source of my idea list. I was able to draw inspiration from all of the new features and be capable with computer components.
